Jens Rüster

Co-founder and Managing Director

Jens Rüster brings more than 25 years of experience in operational and international leadership roles within the IT and communications industry. He spent 20 years as a member of the executive management board at T-Systems and served on the executive boards of Devoteam and SITS Group.

He is a recognized expert in digitalization, cloud services, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, advising both global corporations and leading European mid-market companies. His expertise includes scaling, transforming, restructuring, and integrating technology and cybersecurity service providers, as well as executing complex post-merger integrations.

Daniel Beringer

CEO GREENPEAK Partners

Daniel Beringer is Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and CEO of GREENPEAK Partners.

With more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, private equity, and building scalable service platforms, Daniel drives the firm’s buy-and-build strategy. He leads deal sourcing, structuring, and institutionalization of founder-led businesses, with a focus on governance, professionalization, and long-term value creation.

With more than 20 years of experience in strategic transactions, corporate development and board roles, Christoph brings deep expertise in navigating complex tech markets. He also co-founded Helantic, a venture capital firm targeting defense technology investments in Europe.

Dr. Michael Ruoff

Dr. Michael Ruoff is a seasoned expert in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity.

With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, inhouse counsel, and investor, he has advised and executed numerous transactions across sectors. Michael serves as Chairman of the ACADEMIA Group, a consolidator in the German special laboratory market supported by GREENPEAK, and is a partner at Think. Health Ventures, a boutique healthcare investor. His background blends legal excellence with strategic investment leadership.

Constantin Wagner

Business Development

With his background in direct investments, fund investments, and strategic analysis, Constantin supports the management team of athegis in driving growth initiatives and further developing the platform.

Prior to this, he worked in the co- and fund investment team at Petiole Asset Management and in the investment team at Energy Infrastructure Partners (formerly Credit Suisse). He holds an M.Sc. in International Finance from NOVA School of Business and Economics and a B.A. in International Management from ISM Munich.
